Many of our customers initially tell us “Oh, I couldn’t possibly use this . . . it is far too beautiful!” But of course after they purchase one of our unique cutting boards they do use them – and then come back for a second! All PVW cutting boards are handmade right here in our shop from a variety of domestic and exotic hardwoods. Extra care is taken during assembly to ensure that with proper home care, they provide years of service.

All PVW Cutting Boards have been protected with a food safe finish and are approximately 15 1/2 ” long by 9 1/2″ wide by 13/16″ thick.
Cleaning & Care: Hand wash and towel dry only – DO NOT SOAK. Stand cutting board up on its edge so air can circulate completely around cutting board to help eliminate warping. If surface appears dry wipe with thin coating of mineral oil.
